Seasonal Contract Agreement

Our seasonal agreement allows both parties to keep their end of the deal.

This form releases all fault of any injury or sicknesses from TheIrieMovement and which ever space we occupy.

This form gives us permission to use your dancer on our social media platforms, advertisements, etc.

This waiver releases Karma’s Dance Factory(KDF) (where classes are held) from all fault of injury or sickness.
